“ Rocca salad with parmesan cheese “

Ingredients:

-        5 small tomatoes, cut into halves

-        3 – 4 Rocca, bunch

-        200g parmesan, cut into slices or grated( to taste)

-       2 tbs. balsamic vinegar

-      1 tsp. salt

-        ¼ cup ALKHAIR olive oil

-        Garnish with pine

Direction:

1-    In a medium bowl, mix vinegar, salt and ALKHAIR olive oil

2-    In serving platter, place tomatoes and Rocca then pour mixture of olive oil and vinegar.

3-    Add parmesan cheese. Garnish with pine.
